These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Theavens mobile application ("Service") operated by Great Love ("us", "we", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Theavens is a subscription management application that helps you:

• Track and organize your subscription services
• Monitor subscription costs and spending
• Set budgets and receive spending alerts
• Get reminders before subscription renewals
• View subscription information through home screen widgets

All data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

User Responsibilities

When using Theavens, you agree to:

• Provide accurate subscription information for your own tracking purposes
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the application
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Keep your device secure and protect your Face ID/Touch ID credentials

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Great Love and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Logos

Theavens displays logos of various subscription services (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) for identification purposes only. These logos are the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use for the purpose of helping users identify their subscriptions.

Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. Key points:

• All your data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information
• You have complete control over your data
• Uninstalling the app removes all associated data

Service Availability

• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions
• Since data is stored locally, app functionality continues offline

Updates and Changes

We may update the Service from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be delivered through the App Store. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination
