Is Theavens really free?

Yes! Theavens is completely free to download and use. There are no hidden costs, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Does Theavens access my bank account or payment methods?

No, absolutely not. Theavens only tracks subscription information that you manually enter. It never accesses your financial accounts, payment methods, or actual subscription services.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device using iOS Core Data. Nothing is sent to external servers or the cloud. Your data is completely private and under your control.

Can I sync my data between devices?

Currently, Theavens stores data locally on each device. However, your data is included in iOS device backups, so it will be restored when you restore from a backup.

How do I delete my data?

You can use the 'Reset Data' feature in Settings to clear all information, or simply uninstall the app to remove all associated data from your device.

Does Theavens automatically cancel subscriptions?

No, Theavens is a tracking tool only. You must manually cancel subscriptions through the actual service providers (Netflix, Spotify, etc.). Theavens helps you track and remember, but doesn't manage actual payments.

What iOS version do I need?

Theavens requires iOS 15.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPad.

How do widgets work?

Theavens provides beautiful home screen widgets that show your subscription information at a glance. Add them through the iOS widget gallery and customize their size and content.
